HR Data Analyst in EvoPlay

Requirements:

• Full higher technical/economic education.
• Experience as an analyst of 6 months or more.
• English at a level not lower than B1.
• Experienced IT user (MS Office).
• Experience with SQL, BI platforms, HR/ATS/LMS systems will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the principles of big data processing and statistical analysis.
• Attention to details, structured analytical thinking, ability to work with large amounts of information.
• Knowledge of mathematics and statistics.
• Willingness to work with data, look for insights, propose options solutions.
• Ability to work with technical documentation, ability to independently analyze and study existing business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collection, analysis and interpretation of data for analytics.
• Preparation of regular and ad hoc statistical reporting on HR processes/indicators.
• Building analytical, predictive models.
• Offering new areas of HR analytics in the company, as well as ways to automate the collection and consolidation of primary data.
• Development and implementation of analytical reports for evaluating HR processes and initiatives.
• Analysis of corporate research and personnel surveys.
• Participation in projects.
• Cooperation with stakeholders in HR in order to monitor the effectiveness of adopted HR practices and provide recommendations for their improvement.
