Senior Creative Designer in INCH KYIV

INCHKIEV is a specialized pharmaceutical marketing agency with a unique combination of creative, medical and innovation-technical expertise. Currently, the company's portfolio includes 30+ pharmaceutical clients and more than 100 products.

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Creative Designer who knows not only how to create an attractive web design, but also how to develop innovative ideas for various platforms. You will work in a creative team, where everyone has the opportunity to realize their ideas, both independently and in team cooperation.

Main responsibilities:

Creation of web design for sites and applications taking into account current UI/UX trends.
 Development of creative concepts for advertising campaigns covering digital, print and social networks.
Generation of new ideas and concepts both in a team and and independently, for various marketing activities.
Ensuring visual compliance with brand standards and clients' business goals.
Participation in presentations and project discussions with clients and internal teams.

Requirements for the candidate:

3+ years of work experience in the position of a hybrid designer (graph + web), in particular in creative agencies or in companies with an active presence in digital.
Experience in creating web design taking into account UI/UX principles and adaptive solutions.
Ability to develop new ideas and concepts both independently and in a team.
Confident mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
 Creativity, the ability to analyze information and create non-standard solutions.
 The ability to work on several projects at the same time and meet deadlines.
 English at a level no lower than Intermediate.
