Technical Support Engineer L2 in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will:

• ensure the functionality and stability of the implemented systems;
• take part in system optimization;  
• promptly respond to incorrect functioning of systems;
• monitor the performance and stability of applications;
• record errors/incidents and interact with developers to resolve them;

• solve non-standard situations, participate in the investigation of incidents, that arose during the operation of systems and processes
  

You are suitable if you have:

• knowledge of SQL: PostgreSQL, Oracle;
• have an intermediate level of English
• Knowledge of Camunda BPMN, understanding of Message-Broker RabbitMQ, HashiCorp Vault;
• preferable ability to understand programming languages ​​at an educational/beginning level Spring/Java/Groovy;
• experience working with the REST, SOAP approach;
• experience working with Unix/Linux;
• experience working with Apache Tomcat 8.9+, Jboss WildFly, Jenkins, Nginx;
• experience working with integration products platforms, WSO2 ESB, MI, EI, AS;
• experience with docker/kubernetes/openshift/okd containerization and orchestration is desirable;
• understanding of banking processes and technologies;
• experience with version control systems (git, Bitbucket);
• understanding of ELK Stack logging and tracing systems: Elasticsearch, Logstash, Filebeat, Fluentd, Kibana;
• understanding and experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus)
