< strong>Your main tasks will be:

• ensuring the coordinated work of the engineers of the team to ensure a high level of service and the efficiency of the team as a whole in achieving the set goals and completing the tasks;
• providing highly qualified support users, solving complex requests and providing advice to other team members, training and mentoring other team members to improve their skills and efficiency;
• ensuring high reliability and fault tolerance of corporate equipment, monitoring IT services and systems for timely detection and solving possible problems, timely response to emergency and emergency situations;
• ensuring the working condition of corporate IT equipment and software, which ensure work and availability of the company's IT services;
• service and support of user requests in accordance with current rules and procedures, analysis of problems and development of a strategy for their prevention in the future;
• planning of work schedules (adjustment of the 24-hour schedule work of employees), formation of reports on team performance;
• initiating optimization processes and improving the quality of technical support;
• consulting and explanatory work on issues related to operation of corporate IT equipment and software;
