One of our clients is engaged in the production of equipment and radio-electronic devices that improve the effectiveness of combat operations. The company is constantly growing, developing and improving work processes. Now the company is expanding the department, so we are looking for a Designer. Required skills and experience: Previous work experience 3+ years in graphic design and have a portfolio with examples Experience in creating a design system and scaling identity on different media Proficiency in graphic programs (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.) Experience in After Effects, ability to create graphic videos Experience in post-production (video editing, color correction and sound) will be an advantageKnowledge of color theory, composition , typographies Ability to present and communicate your ideas and concepts in an accessible manner Your Responsibilities Development and adaptation of the company's brand style Creation of visual materials for social networks (images for posts, advertisements) Adaptation of design to physical media - flyers, banners, stands, merch.
