Responsibilities:

• Development of a strategy for the development of the small household appliances group for stores and an online store
• Development of the concept of product category promotion and portfolio formation, participation in the development of marketing programs and coordination of marketing activities

• Participation in the development of the format for displaying product groups in the store and creation of product placement areas
• Building an assortment matrices
• Conducting negotiations with suppliers and vendors, forming a supplier base
• Calculating the volume of purchases, forming and placing orders with suppliers
• Pricing and monitoring of competitive prices
• Control of warehouse stocks and turnover in the warehouse
• Control of execution of the sales plan
• Execution of planned profitability sales
• Selecting and managing a team of category employees

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Successful work experience of 2 years or more in the position of "category manager"
• Understanding of building a category development strategy

• Orientation on results and initiative and work
• Systematic, high analytical skills abilities
