How exactly you can influence the development of the company:
• description and modeling of current business processes (AS IS) and design of target ones (TO BE)
• optimization and automation of processes taking into account business values
• organization and coordination of large cross-team initiatives, including management of resources, risks and priorities
• development and implementation of business metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of processes
• change management of business processes
• work with documentation (Handbook, User Guide), change management in it
• construction and presentation of dashboards/reports for management with an emphasis on the value of changes
• mentoring and supporting colleagues from the BPU team in implementing new approaches
• implementing AItools for building and optimizing business processes

Challenges for 3 months:
• adaptation to fully understand key cross-functional BPU processes
• optimization and implementation of 2-3 processes with a proven business effect
• deep immersion in functionality Atlassian Products and the implementation of dashboards for monitoring metrics

To achieve results, you will need:
• 5+ years of experience in the field of business analysis and business process management
• experience in independently managing large cross-functional processes end-to-end: construction from scratch, optimization, transformation
• experience in organizing and managing large initiatives within the framework of processes (communication with stakeholders, creation and support of roadmaps, priority management, risk management, regular status tracking)
• experience in implementing and automating new business processes and improvement of existing ones
• knowledge of business process modeling notations (BPMN, UML)
• experience working with business value-oriented process performance metrics (optimization of costs, increase in profit, expansion of functionality)
deep understanding of the principles of corporate IT systems
• knowledge and experience with Atlassian products: setting up dynamic dashboards, automation
• excellent communication skills and conducting presentations
• experience in presenting work results and substantiating the business value of decisions at the top management level
• experience in using Agile and flexible development frameworks
• knowledge of the English language - from level B1 (Intermediate) font-weight: 700">How do you regulate your working hours?
