We are looking for a HR Analyst who will strengthen the direction of HR analytics, help automate reporting and provide quality analytics support of HR solutions.

Main duties:

  • Development and improvement of HR analytics in the company
  • Participation in automation of HR reporting
  • Collection, analysis and interpretation of HR metrics
  • Development and updating HR dashboards
  • Formation of ad-hoc reports at the request of HRCO and department heads
  • Participation in the development of quality assessment procedures of key HR processes (Talent Acquisition, People Operations, C&B, etc.), including the creation of checklists
  • Collection, systematization and analysis of HR process quality metrics, preparation of regular reports
  • Checking the correctness of data in HRIS (PeopleForce): validation of information, identification of duplications and anomalies
  • Participation in the collection and analysis of labor market and salary data
  • Participation in other C&B projects of the HR department team

Our expectations:

  • Experience in an analytical position from 2 years
  • Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot)
  • HRIS/ATS experience (PeopleForce experience preferred)
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data
  • Structured, systematic, analytical thinking and responsibility
