Senior Business Analyst / BA Team Lead in Institut analitiki ta advokaciyi

Institute of Analytics and Advocacy (IAA) invites a mature business analyst to the team to lead the direction of business analysis. We are looking for a specialist who can not only design complex digital solutions for the transformation of transport and regional development, but also become a process architect and mentor for the entire VA team.

This role involves combining deep technical expertise with managerial ambitions to ensure transparency of recovery and democratic governance in Ukraine.

Key areas of responsibility:

• coordination work of the BA team, mentoring, facilitation of professional growth of colleagues and implementation of uniform standards of business analysis in the organization.

• analysis of existing business processes and, together with other specialists, development of a project solution for an automated system (business process logic, database project);

• development of technical requirements and participation in the formation of a technical task for development;

• research of existing business processes of automated service delivery systems;

• legislation regulating the operation of software solutions and/or provision of administrative services;

modeling of processes (BPMN, UML, ERD, Use Cases);

participating in regular meetings with stakeholders to clarify requirements for information systems and make regular presentations to demonstrate the completed project stages;

• gathering, documenting and managing functional/non-functional requirements (BRD, SRS);

parties.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has over 5 years of experience in business analysis, mostly in complex IT projects.

• Has deep understanding of SDLC and experience with API integrations.

• Has expert modeling skills of business processes in Camunda, Enterprise Architect or similar.

• Confidently designs interfaces in Figma / Axure and is fluent in Jira / Confluence.

• Speaks Englishlevel B2+ and above, which allows you to freely conduct professional activities and speak at public events.

• Demonstrates high autonomy, the ability to mentor and proactively implement changes in a team environment.

Will be an additional advantage:

• Availability of professional certifications (for example, IIBA).

• Knowledge of legislation in the field of digitalization of transport or decentralization reform.

• Availability of a portfolio with examples of completed analytical materials or process models.
