  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, its situation and features;
  • Understanding the construction of marketing strategies and concepts for the promotion of OTX/OTC drugs; 
  • Experience in the analysis of the pharmaceutical market and its categories, understanding of analytical marketing indicators;
  • Understanding of physiology and pharmacology for effective promotion of the Company's products and interaction with the target audience;
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategies and concepts for the promotion of prescription and over-the-counter drugs;
  • Understanding of the pricing process and financial indicators of brands;
  • Understanding the principles of distribution;
  • Experience of cooperation with KOL;
  • Experience of organizing and holding scientific and practical conferences;
  • Experience in finding and preparing scientific material in brand promotion;
  • Experience in applying creative and innovative approaches in brand promotion;
  • Working with Microsoft Office, Pharmxplorer, CRM;
  • English not lower than B1;
  • Category B driving license and driving experience.
  • Main responsibilities of this role:

    • Market and category analysis;
    • Development of marketing strategy, differentiation according to brand and target audience requirements / Development brand plans;
    • Understanding and analysis of the market situation and the dynamics of brands in relation to the needs of the client and the position of competitors;
    • Development of creative and innovative promotional campaigns for the Cycle in order to ensure the maximum share of advertising influence (hereinafter SoV) and recall of the brand relative to competitors;
    • Development of new creative types of events, programs and approaches to product promotion;
    • Selecting the optimal a set of tools for promotion;
    • Control of the implementation of strategies and management of marketing indicators of brands;
    • Development of a general communication strategy in terms of audiences for brands;
    • Compilation of a budget and control over investments in the brand;
    • Creation of educational materials and training of the external service;
    • Search and preparation of scientific material in brand promotion;
    • Cooperation with KOL (general practice, ENT, allergology);
    • Organization and holding of scientific and practical conferences.
