Employer is a Ukrainian company engaged in the production of electronic components and devices in the field of defense technologies from idea to implementation!

We are looking for a PROD Coordinator who will be responsible for the organization, coordination and control of the production of prototype, pilot and small batch batches of printed circuit boards and electronic devices.
The role is critical to ensure the rapid and high-quality passage of the product from R&D to production.

Main Responsibilities

1. Coordinating the production of printed circuit boards (PCB)
2. Organizing the assembly of electronic devices
3. Pilot batches and pre-production processes
4. Communication and information management

Technical requirements:

• Understanding PCB Assembly manufacturing processes.
• Basic knowledge of electronics (ability to read schematics, BOM, Assembly files).
• Understanding soldering technologies, SMT/DIP assembly.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers or in-house manufacturing.
• Experience in hardware-startups, R&D or electronics manufacturing preferred.

Managerial and operational:

• Experience coordinating technical teams or contractors.
• Strong process organization and timeline control skills.
• Ability to quickly resolve production issues.
• Skills in working with application/task tracking systems (Jira, Confluence).

Will be a plus:

• Understanding principles DFM/DFT.
• Experience working with prototyping laboratories or engineering centers.
• Experience orprocurement management or component logistics.
• Basic understanding of embedded testing or circuit engineering.
