Senior BI Analyst in Ciklum

Users can easily compare year-over-year differences, helping identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement. This tool is invaluable for financial analysts and business leaders who need to make data-driven decisions quickly and effectively.Responsibilities:Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of mission critical analytics solutions, using data visualization toolsHelping in designing use cases and performance dashboards in scope of Data StrategyResponsible for implementation and development of data visualizationsResponsible for designing data engineering structures necessary to support BI initiativesResponsible for data integration management between core business applications and data lakes, etcOwns one or more key components of the infrastructure and works to continually improve it, identifying gaps and improving the platform’s quality, robustness, maintainability, and speedCross-trains other team members on technologies being developed, while also continuously learning new technologies from other team membersInteracts with engineering teams and ensures that solutions meet customer requirementsRequirements:4+ years of experience with Python, Data processing, Excel5+ years of experience within Business Intelligence or Data Science field with a focus on Data Visualization and Data Analytics1+ years’ experience with Data Visualization tool – Power BI or Tableau1+ years of experience in cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure)Good knowledge of data analysis in enterprises. Experience in BI consultancy for enterprise clientsExperience coding in SQLExperience participating in an Agile software development team, e.g. SCRUMDemonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and independentlyAbility to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with supporting data scientists and complex statistical usecases highly desirableDesirable:Experience in data science and machine learningExperience in CI/CD configurationPersonal skills:Curious mind and willingness to work with client in consultivitive manner to find areas to improveUpper-Intermediate or Advanced EnglishGood analytical skillsGood team player, motivated to develop and solve complex tasksSelf-motivated, self-disciplined and result-orientedStrong attention to details and accuracyWhat's in it for you?Care: your mental and physical health is our priority.
