Join in and take your part in digitalizing the world.What project we have for youOur client is a leading European e-commerce company selling motorcycle and snowmobile gear, parts, and accessories to passionate customers through our online stores 24MX, XLMOTO and Sledstore.The Company has locally adapted websites in 16 European countries and also websites for rest of Europe and Global. Our client has two larger segments, Offroad – sales to motocross and enduro riders – and Onroad – sales to high road riders. In addition, the Company has a smaller segment, Other, which primarily focuses on snowmobile riders in the Nordics. With a large and unique product assortment, including several private brands, an excellent customer experience and attractive prices, the company is changing the market for motorcycle enthusiasts in Europe.The Company’s headquarter is located in Stockholm, the distribution warehouse is located in the Polish city of Szczecin and the main portion of customer support services is located in Barcelona.In this role you will contribute to the technology stack transformation, various integrations of the new tech stack, migration to the cloud, establishing technology excellence and best practices.What you will doExperience with Cisco Nexus, HPE, Aruba switchesClavister firewallsOpenVPN/ Access ServerExperience in building, supporting and migrating network components/segmentsWhat you need for thisRequired skills:5+ years of experience working as a Network EngineerGood understanding and expertise in LAN/WAN/SAN/VPN etc.Skills to support office and cloud networking, peering, dialling with ISPsExperience with Cisco, Cisco UCS, HP, VMware networkingSAN, NFS, iSCSI, distributed storage (NetApp Datastores)Wireless networks (HPE Aruba, etc.)Firewalls, IDS/IPS, security rulesScripting skills: scripting languages, such as Bash or PowerShell.Cloud computing and networking: Experience with cloud platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), is highly valued.Configuration management: Knowledge of configuration management tools, such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet, is important for automating software deployment and infrastructure management.Virtualisation basics: VMware, Hyper-V, etc.Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker or Kubernetes, is essential for creating and managing portable and scalable application environments.Continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD): Familiarity with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins or GitLab, is crucial for automating the build, test, and deployment processes.Monitoring and logging: Experience with monitoring and logging tools, such as Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, or ELK stack, is important for detecting and troubleshooting system issues.Collaboration and communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills are critical for working effectively with development and operations teams, as well as for managing stakeholder expectations.Problem-solving and critical thinking: excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex system issues.English level B2Adaptability: able to adapt to changes in technology, processes, and business requirements and be open to new ideas and approaches.Curiosity: A desire to learn and explore new technologies, methodologies, and best practices is essential to stay current in the fast-paced DevOps field.Communication: Clear and effective communication skills are essential to collaborate with other teams, stakeholders, and management.Teamwork: able to work well in cross-functional teams, share knowledge, and collaborate on projects to achieve common goals.Problem-solving: strong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot complex system issues.Attention to detail: detail-oriented and ensure that their work meets high standards of quality and accuracy.Time management: be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage their time efficiently to meet project deadlines.Customer focus: customer-focused and work towards improving the end-user experience through efficient and reliable software delivery.Will be a plus:What it’s like to work at IntelliasAt Intellias, where technology takes center stage, people always come before processes.
