As our Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for driving our affiliate marketing program to new heights. You will play a key role in acquiring, managing, and optimizing relationships with affiliate partners to maximize player acquisition and revenue generation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make a significant impact on our business growth.

What is important for us:
 

• 2+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the i-Gaming industry
• Experience in growing the partner base
• Proven ability in actively seeking and attracting partners, as well as maintaining long-term partner relationships
• Familiarity with Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets
• Strong grasp of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance marketing metrics
• Excellent communication skills
• Record of achieving and surpassing performance targets
• A passion for staying updated on gambling and gaming industry trends

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the gambling industry.

Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and execute strategic affiliate marketing initiatives to drive player acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network and reach new audiences.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing them with ongoing support, resources, and incentives to maximize their performance.
• Analyze affiliate performance metrics, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and compliance to ensure alignment and seamless execution of affiliate marketing strategies.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate affiliate performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
