SMM (Graphic Designer) in Devtorium

Project Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven SMM with strong graphic design skills to join our marketing team. You will become a part of a dynamic IT company that is constantly innovating, expanding to new markets and reaching new audiences worldwide. Responsibilities:

• Create visuals for social media (posts, stories), corporate website, blog, email templates, banners
• Create presentations, reports, marketing materials, infographics
• Create corporate merchandise
• Create E-mail newsletters
• Adapt existing design templates and creation of new ones
• Develop and implement SMM strategy together with the Marketing Department
• Research of market trends and competitors
• Work with social network analytics (analysis of basic metrics)
• Generate creative ideas
• Work as a part of the Design and Marketing Teams
• Collaborate with other teams
• Deliver high-quality work on time, with little or no supervision, and according to the guidelines provided

Requirements:

• Tools: Figma (required), Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or other graphic editors
• English: Intermediate or higher level
• Graphic design skills, focusing on key-visual, advertising, illustrations, branding
• Strong portfolio
• Knowledge of the basics of design, composition, color, typography, etc.
• Self-motivation and eagerness to learn, great self-organization skills
• Desire to work in a team
• Positive attitude
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

It will be a plus:

• Creation and implementation of advertising campaigns, targets (LN, FB, IN)
• Basic animation skills
• Creation of animated layouts
