Senior Affiliate Manager (Gambling + Relocation optional) in BALTENT

Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Develop and proactively manage a portfolio of client affiliate marketing programs, understanding their financial value.
• Affiliate Acquisition: Acquire, retain, and activate new affiliates and partnerships across multiple regions.
• Commercial Agreements: Negotiate and review commercial agreements with partners.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify new client opportunities across multiple regions.
• Campaign Analysis: Analyze campaigns, report ROI results, and devise strategies for improvement.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign results, including weekly and monthly KPI reports, and optimize conversion rates.
• Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email communication.
• Budget Management: Proactively manage your online marketing budget.
• Industry Knowledge: Develop and maintain market-leading knowledge of affiliate marketing to deliver top-level service.
• Data Analysis: Work with numerical data presented in various reports and spreadsheets.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in Affiliate Marketing.
• Affiliate Programs: Proven experience working with affiliate programs.
• Sales and Negotiation: Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Partnership Markets: Understanding of partnership markets and traffic sources used by webmasters.
• Marketing Knowledge: Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Effectiveness Rating: Ability to rate effectiveness and measure KPIs.
• Compensation Models: Knowledge of CPA and RevShare models.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English.
• Reporting: Ability to provide weekly reports and analyze productivity.
