• Department Setup: Establish and lead a media buying (arbitration) department from scratch.
• Campaign Management: Purchase, maintain, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns.
• Traffic Analysis: Analyze purchased traffic to improve CTR, conversions, and ROI.
• Source Discovery: Identify and leverage new traffic sources.
• Campaign Analytics: Evaluate and refine advertising campaigns and offers.
• Offer Testing: Test new offers, creatives, landing pages, and pre-landing pages.

• Industry Monitoring: Stay updated on news, traffic sources, and advertising platform changes.

   

What We're Looking For:

• Gambling Experience: Proven experience in the gambling industry, either in internal arbitration or as part of a dedicated team.
• Traffic Acquisition: Expertise in driving traffic using META.
• Landing Page Development: Skilled in creating and testing landing pages and pre-landing pages.
• Bypass Knowledge: Familiarity with block bypassing (e.g., cloaking) techniques.
• Optimization Skills: Ability to optimize advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Team Leadership: Experience managing a team of media buyers/arbitrators.
