Your future responsibilities:< /span>

• Coordinate the work of the affiliate team. Monitor the implementation of general and personal KPIs;

• Work with top partners. Engage in their support, maintenance, monitor activity;

• Enter new markets. Conduct tests, look for partners;

• Interact and negotiate with partner networks and arbitration teams. Monitor the terms of cooperation, make the necessary changes;

• Participate in international conferences, prepare our PR for participation;

• Communicate with developers to solve technical problems;

• Engage with the strategy of development, promotion and increasing attractiveness of our partner programs.

What we expect from you:

• You have successful experience in competitive Senior Affiliate/Team Lead niches for at least a year, in general at an affiliate for at least 3 years;

• You know all the metrics and how to calculate them. You understand how to calculate the CPA rate so that it pays off;

• You speak English at the B2 level. If you know some other languages, even better;

• You know how to communicate and negotiate effectively. You will be able to negate negative situations;

• You have analytical skills, you can roughly calculate the ROI without a calculator by looking at the statistics.
