We are currently looking for Business Development Manager at Head Office Genesis. Our team is rebuilding systemic cooperation with all key partners of the Genesis ecosystem, including Apple, Amazon, Google, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok and dozens of other major technology companies, as well as seeking and opening new opportunities for the development of all ecosystem businesses.

Your tasks will be:
- Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with Genesis partners and stakeholders to meet business needs.
- Participating in projects and seeking new opportunities for growth business by establishing partnerships, concluding new contracts and reviewing current agreements.
- Regular analysis of the effectiveness of cooperation with partners, development and implementation of partnership development strategies.
- Preparation of reports, analytics, presentations for the Business Development team, partners and C-level stakeholders. Pitching your own ideas to key stakeholders.
- Resolving operational issues that are important for ecosystem businesses (for example, opening credit lines or advertising offices).
- Coordination and organization of large-scale events and partnership activities for ecosystem businesses together with leading technology giants.
What we expect from you:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) at the Advanced level or higher.
- At least 2 years of experience in Big-4, FMCG, account management, business development or project management.
- Initiative, proactivity and desire to take responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Digital literacy and confident command of Google tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Analytical thinking and the ability to work with large amounts of information.
- Multitasking, attention to detail and responsibility for the result.
- Willingness to learn, develop and openness to feedback.
