Security Threat Analyst (OSINT) in Pro recruitment

We are looking for Security Threat Analytics (OSINT) to screen candidates, employees and potential contractors, as well as monitor factors that may create personnel, information, financial or reputational risks for the company.

The role involves working with open sources of information (OSINT), monitoring the media, registers and social networks, participating in personnel checks during employment, internal transfers and dismissals, as well as preparing analytical conclusions and recommendations for internal units.

Your key tasks:

• Checking of candidates during employment and internal transfer;
• Organization of interviews with employees who are dismissed to research information about the reasons and conditions of such dismissal, with the aim of assessing the risks of financial and reputational damage to the company;
• Monitoring the reliability of the Company's personnel (monitoring of mass media, registers, social networks on the subject of identifying collaborative attitudes, violations of legislation, other factors that can cause financial or reputational damage to the company).
• Control over compliance with internal documents in the area of personnel security;
• Checking potential counterparties and partners with whom the company intends to establish business relations.
• Prevention, detection, elimination of real and potential internal and external threats to economic interests;
• Prevention, detection and prevention of internal information leakage;
• Performing an analysis of dangers in the field of personnel and information security, making proposals for their elimination.

Competencies and expectations from the candidate:

• Higher education in intelligence, security, cyber security, information technology;
• Experience in OSINT (willing to consider without experience, but with a basic understanding of OSINT);
• Certification in OSINT or cyber security would be an advantage;
• Experience with tools and platforms for collecting and analyzing open sources of information;
• Skills for working with databases and search engines;
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• Responsibility, attention to details and a high level of organization.
