In connection with expansion of the Fund's activities and the growth of the Team - we are looking for a new colleague in the team - aSecurity Manager.

Wishes for the candidate:

• Education in the field of security, law, social work, psychology, or similar fields.
• Experience of working in educational, charitable , non-governmental social organizations (NGOs) will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of Sphere standards (International Humanitarian Standards);
• Ability to apply security principles in emergency situations;
• Ability clearly communicate safety information (briefings, trainings);
• First aid skills for children and adults;
• Resistance to stress.

Your areas of responsibility:

• Assessment of threats related to the fund's activities (for example, in a conflict zone or during natural disasters);

  • Creation of protocols for protection employees, volunteers and other persons involved in the activities of the foundation;
  • Implementation of rules of conduct in emergency situations (evacuation, medical assistance, actions during shelling, etc.);
  • Control over the transportation of humanitarian goods and safe movement of personnel;
  • Support of the Foundation personnel during business trips around Ukraine;
  • Assessment of the safety of territories and premises (schools, shelters, offices), including for events, during the implementation of projects;
  • Conducting trainings for employees and volunteers regarding safety, first aid, actions in crisis situations;
  • Cooperation with local law enforcement agencies, military administrations, by international organizations to coordinate security measures.
