We are currently looking for a Recruiter whose main areas of work will be:

• Search and recruitment: closing industrial and office vacancies of various levels of complexity (searching for candidates, organizing and conducting interviews, providing feedback to candidates and managers, preparing a job offer)
• Adaptation of new employees: participation in the process of employee adaptation (coordination of the onboarding process, conducting welcome-presentations)
• Help in forming a positive HR-brand:participation in projects for the development of the company's HR-brand; organization of events to popularize the company among potential candidates: job fairs, cooperation with universities, webinars, etc.

• Offboarding: coordination of the dismissal process, conducting exit-interviews

We expect from candidates:

• Experience in recruitment from 1st year
< li>Experience of closing vacancies of various levels of complexity in the specified terms
• Experience of monitoring labor market trends and salary levels of office vacancies
• Knowledge and practical application of various methods of selection and personnel involvement, adaptation methods
• Understanding labor market trends
• Creativity of thinking
