Charitable organization "Stabilization Support Service Charitable Fund" since 2015 is engaged in support and assistance to people affected by the war in Ukraine, as well as the development of institutions of social assistance and protection of human rights in our country. at the local level with regional coordinators, and at the national level with the involvement of our national experts. Our main direction is work with internally displaced persons, as well as with vulnerable categories of the population. Responsibilities:

• Advise and support the project team in security management;
• Conduct security assessments, analysis of security factors and risk levels related to the activities of the project team;
• Evaluation of existing security measures to determine their feasibility and areas for improvement;
• Assist in ensuring compliance with standards established in the security risk management process;
• Assist in the development of plans evacuation, medical evacuation and other emergency situations;
• Conducting practical exercises to check team members' awareness of emergency plans;
• Preparing periodic analytical safety reports;
• li>Perform other security-related functions or duties delegated by the project manager;
• Provide written and verbal security advice to the project manager and other team members;
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualification requirements:

• Complete higher education;
• Experience in this field of 2+ years;
• Excellent knowledge of risk assessment, protocols, safety procedures and first aid;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to give clear advice, write reports and written instructions;
• Ability to keep confidential information;
• Fluent command of English and Ukrainian languages;
• Experience of working in charities foundations, public organizations will be an advantage;
• A confident user of Microsoft Office and G-Suite.

The competition will take place in three stages: the first stage is evaluation of resumes, the second stage is interviews with candidates invited based on the results of the first stage, and the third stage is the provision of recommendations.
