Personnel accounting specialist in Printec Ukraine LLC

A leading international company conducts selection on a competitive basis for the position of "personnel and military accounting specialist".

Requirements:

• higher education
• professional knowledge of labor legislation
• proficiency in English at least at an intermediate level (there is an opportunity to take a free test on the basis of the company to determine the level of language proficiency)
• work experience with staff from 5 years

Responsibilities:

• experience in managing the full cycle of personnel records
< li>registration of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees
• formation of personal files of employees, maintenance of internal documentation (maintenance of time sheets, vacation schedule, orders);
• be able to apply knowledge in practice within of current legislation (dismissal, transfer, leave, leave to care for a child up to 3 years of age)
• coordination of work on record keeping, organization of document management
• military accounting
• coordination work with external providers (DMS, life insurance, mobile communication)
• be able to work with a large amount of data
• control over the labor discipline of employees
