In due to the active development and implementation of new projects, the company "Business Evolution" is looking for a Consultant for the implementation and support of SAP HCM. 

We will it is interesting to meet, chat and discuss all working conditions, if you have experience in implementing, consulting or using the SAP HCM module, you are well versed in business processes in the field of "Personnel Management" and you are more than just familiar with the concept of personnel accounting.

Main Responsibilities:

• participation in implementation and support projects of SAP HCM systems based on S/4HANA; 

• constant communication with key users and customer experts to analyze business requirements and design technical and methodological solutions for SAP HCM functionality

• configuration of SAP HCM OM, PA, PT, PY modules, as well as their integration with other SAP modules and external systems; 

• system support at the stages of pre-production and production start, as well as warranty support; 

• interaction with the vendor (SAP) on non-standard issues during the implementation and operation of SAP HCM systems; 

• constant interaction with the project team and the project manager for the purpose of quality andtimely completion of project tasks. 

Necessary skills and knowledge:

• higher education in the field of IT or branches of economy / finance; 

• knowledge of SAP NSM functionality and settings (OM, PA, PT, PY)

• < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal">participation in one or more productive full-cycle SAP HCM projects in the role consultant, leading consultant or group leader; 

• 3 years of work experience with the SAP HCM system; 

• knowledge of the subject area of ​​personnel accounting and salary calculation, including basic knowledge of the legislation — KzpPU; 

• having certification with SAP NSM will be an advantage; 

• command of the English language at the level of reading technical documentation and conducting business correspondence and above.
