Responsibilities:

• organization of the work of the financial department;
• methodological guidance (development (updating) of internal regulations and regulations for the work of the financial department and its interaction with other divisions of the enterprise, updating the accounting policy of the enterprise in compliance with legislative changes);
• automation of accounting;
• compilation of financial statements according to international standards and a Management Report, compilation of tax statements (Report on transfer pricing and Report on participation in an international group of companies );
• financial management (management of financial resources, planning and control of cash flows, ensuring effective use funds);
• control over the legality of financial transactions;
• participation in budgeting;
• cooperation with external structures and supervisory bodies;
• full support of the mandatory audit of financial statements and all transactions that require the involvement of auditors;
• participation in the development of the company's financial strategy;
• accounting for long-term leases, assurances related to the audit, exchange rate difference;
• analysis of financial and tax risks of the enterprise's contracts and providing recommendations to the management on their elimination;
• fulfillment of current tasks of the enterprise directorate.

Requirements:

• higher education in the field;
• confident PC user, knowledge of 1C, SAP, Excel; 
• perfect knowledge of tax, accounting and international accounting (IFRS), customs legislation; 
• analytical thinking, the ability to analyze the legal framework and quickly make decisions; 
• knowledge at a conversational level of English or German; 
• work experience in a trade union, preferably at a manufacturing enterprise for at least 5 years; 
• ability to work in a team and create teamwork in the department.
