About the role: We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who is a motivated, skilled, and proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role is pivotal in driving the seamless integration of development and operational processes, ensuring that deployments are efficient, reliable, and aligned with best practices. What you'll Do: • Manage Git repositories and development team workflows • Create and maintain task tracking and sprint management processes • Handle deployment processes using DevOps Center• Oversee sandbox refreshes and release coordination• Manage code merges and conflict resolution• Write automation scripts for deployments and environment managementWhat you'll need:Must:• Experience: 3+ years Salesforce development with Git and deployment tools • Advanced Git expertise (branching, merging, rebasing, hooks) • Strong GitHub knowledge (Actions, Permissions, Security, Plugins) • Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC) • Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps Center• Experience with Salesforce DX and metadata API• Salesforce Platform Developer I certificationNice to have:• Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Shell scripting.• Additional Salesforce certifications.• PowerShell knowledge.• Experience with other deployment tools (Gearset/Copado).
