We are launching a new direction in the B2C department - cold sales, and we are looking for a Team lead of Sales who will generate, launch and test new hypotheses in sales, optimize processes and increase the efficiency of interaction with customers.

What you will do:

  • Launch new hypotheses in sales and test them in practice.

  • Optimize sales processes and improve the student experience.

  • Increase key indicators: conversion in sales and average check of the first purchase.

  • Use communication with students as a source of insights to improve the product.

  • Implement analytical tools for strategic decision-making.

  • Formulate requirements for the automation of business processes using CRM, Quizbot and other systems.
