We are launching a new direction in the B2C department - cold sales, and we are looking for a Team lead of Sales who will generate, launch and test new hypotheses in sales, optimize processes and increase the efficiency of interaction with customers.
What you will do:
Launch new hypotheses in sales and test them in practice.
Optimize sales processes and improve the student experience.
Increase key indicators: conversion in sales and average check of the first purchase.
Use communication with students as a source of insights to improve the product.
Implement analytical tools for strategic decision-making.
Formulate requirements for the automation of business processes using CRM, Quizbot and other systems.

Has experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech or related fields;
Able to implement and optimize customer interaction processes;
Oriented on analytics and working with data, able to find growth points;
Autonomous, with the energy of a leader and the ability to motivate the team to changes;
Possess effective sales tools and negotiation techniques.
