System Administrator in MAUDAU

We are currently looking for an attentive, organized and technically savvy system administrator to support our IT infrastructure and users.

What you will do:

• Create, configure and delete user accounts, manage access to systems and resources. 

• Maintain workstations (Windows, MacOS), printers, scanners, MFPs and data collection terminals, as well as put new equipment into operation. 

• Control the availability and expiration dates of licensed software, keep records of IT assets and organize inventory.

• Ability to quickly find solutions, patience and empathy in communication with users.

• Teamwork and stress resistance at a high pace.

Technical skills:

• Administration of domains, Active Directory, user and group policy management.

• Configuration PC (Windows, MacOS) connected to the domain, managing updates and configurations.

• Working with admin panels of internal services (mail servers, CRM, Slack, etc.).

• Basic network knowledge, solving access and security problems.

• Technical support, hardware and software diagnostics.

• Basics cyber security: antivirus, firewall, data protection.

• Maintaining technical documentation and creating instructions for users.
