What is important for us:
- From 3 years of work experience in the sales direction;
- Experience in the gambling/gaming industry (we can also consider experience in the field of dating or forex);
- Previous experience in a management position (Team Lead/Manager);
- Freedom in English (Advanced level);
- French or German at the Upper-Intermediate level will be a significant advantage;
- Expertise in working with Tier 1 markets;
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate a team and drive to succeed;
- li>Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Results oriented with the ability to effectively deal with objections.
What will be required engage in:
- Creating a Sales department from scratch and forming a team;
- Systematic work with churned players;
- Working with new registrations and their conversion into deposits;
- Analysis of data on customer activity and sales performance indicators (KPI, LTV, retention rate);
- Using business analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) for analysis and preparation of reports.
