Tasks and responsibilities:

• Participation in the development of the project plan, determination and prioritization of work in projects;
• Control of the deadlines for the completion of tasks in projects; preparation of reports on project status and documentation of deviations;
• Maintenance of project document flow; assistance to the project manager in the preparation of the market analysis of prices for material resources and equipment, invoices, freight and transport invoices, expenses, etc.;
• Performance of other assignments: preparation of minutes of meetings, reports, printing/scanning of documents, etc.

Requirements:

• Complete higher education;
• Understanding project management processes;
• Proficiency in Microsoft office products;
• Attention to details (ability to work with numbers).
