Sales Support Specialist in bakotech

What to do:

• Support and support of the sales process by solving current issues in various directions;
• Working with external and internal documentation (preparation of CP, writing authorization letters, assistance in drawing up a tender documentation);
• CRM administration: placing orders, entering and updating data about partners and customers, monitoring key parameters, developing improvements and interacting with the development department, writing instructions, adapting new business processes for CRM;
• Analysis of key business indicators, creation and control of dashboards;
• Communication with representatives of manufacturers, partners and customers.

Our candidate:

• Experienced user of MS Office package (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.);
• Speaks English at a level no lower than Intermediate;
• Experience with Power BI will be a significant advantage;
• A team player who knows how to work for results;
• Has a creative approach to solving tasks;
• Able to learn quickly;
• Has excellent communication skills and an active lifestyle;
• Approaches work systematically, carefully and scrupulously.
