ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE, the world's largest brewing company, successfully operating and developing in Ukraine, announces the opening of a position Sales Support and Analysis Specialist

Basic responsibilities:

• Supporting information exchange between the systems of distributors and the company;
• Reconciliation of data on sales volumes and amounts, accounts receivable, discounts and product movement of distributors;
• Resolution of requests for reconciliation of volumes for financial compensation to distributors;
• Execution of ad-hoc requests regarding the correctness of secondary sales in the system;
• Formation of reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
• Execution of KPI ( key performance indicators), SLA (service level agreement) of the department

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher/unfinished higher (technical/economic) education;
• PC skills at the level of an experienced user: MS Excel (pivotal tables, functions of VPR, IF, SUM, SUM, ESLYOSHYBKA), MS PowerPoint (creating presentations, working with graphs and tables, Think-cell), MS Outlook;
• Attention, responsibility, initiative, communication;
• English language level – Pre-Intermediate and above;
• Experience with SWE, OLAP systems and a large amount of information will be an advantage.
