Premium format restaurant chain * Management of the analytics process by areas - financial, sales analytics, marketing; collection, maintenance of a database for analytics and analysis of financial indicators
* Control and preparation of standard consolidated management reporting - P&L, C&F, Balance (month/quarter/half-year/year); presentations for company management;
* Preparation and coordination economic calculations (calculation of new products, modeling, scenario analysis, evaluation of measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency);
* Development and coordination of performance indicators (KPI) for company divisions; analysis of their performance
* Participation in efficiency improvement processes , optimization, automation of business processes;
* The plan is an actual analysis of performance indicators, consolidation of reports by group. Analysis of the deviation of actual indicators from the budget, plan/fact P&L, C&F
* Preparation of a consolidated wine report and a strong alcohol group report
* Analysis of sales and pricing
General requirements:
1) experience in a similar position of 2 years or more (experience in horeca will be an advantage);
2) solid management, analysis, planning and forecasting skills;
3) knowledge of the principles and mastery of the skills of analysis, processing, systematization and interpretation of data and knowledge of the basic standards of financial accounting and reporting;
4) proactive, think strategically, you know how to work in a team.
Technical requirements:
1) confident 1C user;
3) Power Pivot, power query - experience with their help will be an advantage< br style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"/>4) Power BI
