At the moment, we are looking for a Microsoft Cloud Sales Specialist to join our team in Ukraine, based in Kyiv to expand our client portfolio and accelerate our growth in the region.This position reports to the local partner responsible for our operations in Ukraine and involves close collaboration with our local partners, as well as our teams in Europe and the Gulf region. The role As a Senior Microsoft Cloud Sales Representative, you will play a key role in developing our business in Ukraine. Supported by our marketing and pre-sales teams, you will be responsible for prospecting, closing deals, and managing B2B commercial relationships. 📈 Business Development & Growth• Identify new clients in the region.• Organize face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients.• Identify business opportunities related to Microsoft Cloud offerings (licenses + services).• Actively participate in commercial negotiations and ensure contract signings. 🤝 Client Relationships & Partnerships• Be a trusted advisor, guiding clients in their transition to the cloud.• Work closely with local partners to optimize our presence and add value to clients.• Understand business needs and provide the right Microsoft solutions.• Follow up on leads generated by our marketing team and maximize conversion rates. 💡 Collaboration with Internal Teams• Work in synergy with our teams in Europe and the Gulf, sharing best practices and business opportunities.• Participate in strategic meetings to refine our approach to the Ukrainian market.Desired Profile 🎯 Experience & Skills• 10+ years of business experience, including at least 5 years in IT, cloud, or related technologies.• Proven track record in B2B sales and complex sales cycles.• Strong knowledge of cloud solutions and the digital transformation needs of companies.• Demonstrated ability to negotiate, persuade, and close strategic deals. 🌍 Languages & Mobility• Fluent Ukrainian and English are required; French or Arabic is a strong plus.• Based in Kyiv, with regular travel to clients. 🔥 Soft Skills• Autonomy & Proactiveness: Ability to drive sales initiatives and manage the sales cycle independently.• Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior-level decision-makers.• Results-Driven: Motivated by targets and commercial performance.• Teamwork & Multicultural Adaptability: Ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment. Why Join Us? ✅ 100% remote work – Work from home with flexible scheduling.✅ Career growth opportunities – Strategic role with potential for advancement.✅ Marketing & pre-sales support – Dedicated teams to help ensure success.✅ Innovative environment – Work on cutting-edge projects.✅ International network – Collaborate with teams and partners in Europe, Morocco, and the Gulf region.✅ Attractive compensation – SalAry from 45,000 to 90,000 UAH (FIXED) + Performance-Based Variable Bonus. 💼 Immediate Start AVAILBLE! 📩 Interested?
