The Role
This is a sales-led, growth-focused role for someone with experience in 360 recruitment who is ready to move into a broader Sales & Marketing position.
You will play a key role in:
- Developing new partnerships and managing client relationships in the UK market
- Building and promoting our brand, including ownership of our social media presence
- Supporting recruitment delivery, including candidate screening, interviews, client communication, and follow-ups
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving new business development and managing UK-based client relationships
- Owning and growing our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns to increase visibility, credibility, and lead generation
- Supporting recruitment delivery when required (screening, interviews, and client discussions)
- Assisting with internal hiring as the business grows
- Working closely with the founder to develop growth strategies and track performance using CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment (ideally within Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Supply Chain/Logistics)
- Strong digital literacy in recruitment and sales tools (ATS, CRM systems, and AI-enabled features)
- Confident B2B sales capability, including client acquisition and relationship management
- Experience using social media and digital marketing to support business growth
- Excellent English (written and spoken), suitable for UK client-facing communication
- An entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, resilient, ambitious, and hands-on
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment
