The Role

This is a sales-led, growth-focused role for someone with experience in 360 recruitment who is ready to move into a broader Sales & Marketing position.

You will play a key role in:

  • Developing new partnerships and managing client relationships in the UK market
  • Building and promoting our brand, including ownership of our social media presence
  • Supporting recruitment delivery, including candidate screening, interviews, client communication, and follow-ups

What You’ll Be Doing

  •  Driving new business development and managing UK-based client relationships
  •  Owning and growing our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  •  Planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns to increase visibility, credibility, and lead generation
  •  Supporting recruitment delivery when required (screening, interviews, and client discussions)
  •  Assisting with internal hiring as the business grows
  •  Working closely with the founder to develop growth strategies and track performance using CRM tools

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in 360 recruitment (ideally within Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Supply Chain/Logistics)
  • Strong digital literacy in recruitment and sales tools (ATS, CRM systems, and AI-enabled features)
  • Confident B2B sales capability, including client acquisition and relationship management
  • Experience using social media and digital marketing to support business growth
  • Excellent English (written and spoken), suitable for UK client-facing communication
  • An entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, resilient, ambitious, and hands-on
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment
