Pre-Sales is a team that is responsible for technical support of existing, new and future B2B clients, it is they who explain all the technical nuances of sensors, protocols, hubs. And with the release of new products, the team conducts training seminars for partners around the world.
Main responsibilities:
- Sales support.
- Technical support for company partners.
- Conducting technical seminars, webinars, trainings, as well as presentations and demonstrations for partners and company employees.
- Development and implementation of solutions aimed at achieving business goals defined by the customer.
- Creation of a complete set of project documentation: drawings, diagrams, plans, specifications.
- Coordination of technical solutions with all interested parties, including regulatory bodies.
- Project support at the stages of implementation, installation and commissioning of systems.
- Participation in the launch of new products.
- Market research and analysis competitors.
- Participation in industry conferences and events.
Requirements:
- Technical consultation and support of company partners.
- Conducting technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, webinars on the product (for company employees and partners).
- Development and implementation of solutions aimed at achieving business goals defined customer.
- Participation in the launch of new products.
- Market research and analysis of competitors.
- Participation in industry conferences and events.
- Business trips around Ukraine.
