Your missionAs a Sales Manager Ukraine, you will directly report to the Territory Manager CEE of GoodWe Europe GmbH. You will be the key contact point for our customers in Ukraine and play a crucial role in designing, developing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the country.Your main responsibilitiesIdentify and seize sales opportunities in Ukraine following the company's overall strategic plans and financial objectives.Develop and maintain relationships with distribution channels and strategic customers.Actively drive sales engagement and strategies aimed at specific customers.Maintain relationships with leading PV project developers at multiple levels to establish GoodWe as a preferred supplier and partner for power conversion electronics in their projects.Forecast and review sales results regularly to ensure established targets are met; and take corrective action as needed.Support the product management teams in defining and improving the product portfolio in the designated markets by regularly gathering feedback from customers and business partners, and closely monitoring the industrial trends.Implement the GoodWe brand strategy aligned with company objectives to fortify GoodWe's market presence in the designated countries.Your ProfileExcellent negotiation skills.Strongly networked in the renewable energy industry, preferably in the PV industry.Excellent communication skills including presentation and public speaking skills to diverse audiences.Excellent customer relationship management.Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
