Sales manager (remote) in TP Ukraine

We are Teleperformance, an international company that helps brands around the world create great customer service. We are currently looking for people who share this philosophy for one of the teams.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound calls and active sales.
• Working with potential and existing customers.
• Processing commercial orders offers.
• Promotion of devices, tobacco products and accessories.
• Working with objections and complaints.
• Consulting customers, determining their needs.
• Complying with legal age restrictions and service standards.
• Achieving sales goals (bonus system).

Requirements:

• Experience in cold/warm sales is an advantage.
• A confident PC user.
• Clear diction, fluent Ukrainian.
• Fast typing in Ukrainian and Latin.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiations and work with objections.
• Ability to prepare commercial offers.
• Result orientation.
