We are looking for a Product Manager who will take full responsibility for product development: from strategy, hypotheses and customer experience to product, marketing and financial metrics in an internal project -
Dealer Office - is a closed B2B marketplace for partners and installers, created to sell equipment for solar power plants, develop a partner network and implement a self-service model.

Collection and formalization of requirements (BRD / PRD) from business, marketing and C-level
Working with product and financial metrics: Revenue, Gross Margin, Net Profit, AOV, Take Rate
Marketing and Product Development
Onboarding campaigns (email, video, guides)>

Initiation of promotions, package offers and sales
Organization of webinars and training activities for partners

Basic understanding of marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Basic understanding of 1C / BAS (the company is switching to Odoo ERP)
Would be a plus
Technical Understanding of SDLC
Basic understanding of front-end / back-end
Experience in B2B products
Understanding the domain of solar energy
