💼 What You’ll Do:
Own the Sales Process: From generating leads to closing deals, you’ll handle it all. Develop and execute sales strategies from the ground up and turn opportunities into successful outcomes.
Build Connections: Identify and engage potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn. Create and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and negotiating contracts.
Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with a technical lead/architect who supports you in pre-sales calls and technical discussions.

🔎 What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience: At least 3 years in sales within the software outsourcing and outstaffing industry, with a solid track record in B2B sales.
Fluent English: Strong spoken and written English skills are a must.
Sales Savvy: Expertise in every stage of the sales process, with a history of closing deals successfully.
Self-Motivated: A drive for success and the ability to work independently without established procedures or a pre-existing client database.
