What will you work with:
- Sell IT solutionsMicrosoft for business – implementation services, support + licenses of ERP and CRM systems of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 line. - Your main geography of leads: Ukraine and the EU.
Your key tasks will be:
- Working with leads, conducting negotiations. Processing incoming leads, qualifying leads, determining customer needs.
- Support of potential clients on the way from the first communication to the signing of the contract; organization and coordination of meetings, conducting negotiations. Conducting presentations, demonstrations.
- Documentary support. Preparation of commercial offers, contracts, other documents related to the sales process. Preparation of documents for participation in tenders.
- Establishment and maintenance of long-term relationships with clients.
- Organization of cooperation with other partners Microsoft for joint work on projects - search, negotiations, cooperation support. Participation in cooperation with Microsoft.
- Strategic and analytical work. Participation in the preparation of sales and marketing strategies. Market analysis and search for opportunities to sell the company's services.
Qualification:
- From the 1st year of successful experience in sales in IT ababout a technology company (ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, SaaS,Telecom,IoT etc.)< strong>.
- Experience in sales of ERP or CRM implementation services (any vendor - Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Salesforce, Terrasoft, 1C, etc.) would be an advantage.
- Sales experience in EU countries and/or in Great Britain, USA.
- Deep understanding of business needs in IT solutions, their types and purpose.
- Confident command of Microsoft Office tools.< /li>
- Knowledge of languages: English – UpperIntermediate or higher (including conversational), fluent Ukrainian.
- Higher education.
