We are currently looking for a Junior< /strong>NOC engineer for technical support of our users, who will be trained in all technical aspects of the position.
Tasks:
- Remote technical support of users.
- Working with network technologies and protocols TCP/IP, NAT, DNS, DHCP, VPN (openvpn, pptp, l2tp , vtun), SSH.
- Ensuring smooth operation of the system.
- Working with monitoring systems.
- Prompt resolution of emergency situations.
To become part of our team, you must:
- Have a technical education or be in the process of it acquisition.
- Know Unix-like systems at the level of a confident user.
- Know the basics of the main VoIP protocols.
- Have experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Have an understanding of network operation and its configuration.
- Possess English at the Intermediate level.
We offer:
- Comfortable office in Kyiv on Podil, equipped with autonomous light and Internet.
- Possibility of both remote and office work.
- Variable work schedule ( alternating day and night shifts of 12 hours each).
- Paid training (up to 4 weeks).
- Salary depending on the number of shifts - $600 on average.
- Trial period — 2 months.
- Vacation — 20 working days.
