We are looking for an active and growth-oriented Sales Manager. The position requires fluency in English and proven presentation skills.
Responsibilities
Active participation in pre-sales and business development activities:
— attending meetings and presentations to attract new clients
— assessing the scope and cost of future services
Ongoing collaboration with the lead generation department:
— handling warmed-up leads and guiding them through to closing
Exploring new methods of client acquisition
Managing client relationships, including:
— ensuring client satisfaction and managing their expectations regarding delivery quality
— handling the financial aspects of cooperation (pricing, contractual terms, expenses, budgets, etc.)
— overseeing the contracting and invoicing processes
— being responsible for profit and loss in client accounts
Qualifications
Proven successful experience in managing teams of 20+ engineers in software development
Business and IT background expertise
Good understanding of project management and software development processes (including modern Agile approach), Enterprise Applications landscape, IT operation/integration
Profound communication and presentation skills
Fluent English
Strong commitment to producing business values for both the company and the client
Great knowledge of technology stacks, architecture view on business things; optimally: a development experience in the past
Ability to link business to technical things
Advanced leadership and people management abilities.
