The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, diagnoses, tests, vaccinations and order medicines, and hospitals to participate in the reform of the health care system to ensure equal access to quality medical services for all citizens of Ukraine.

• Software management experience (purchase of licenses, installation of programs on Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Ability to analyze user requirements and provide their software.
• Experience with MS Intune, Active Directory and Endpoint Defender.
• Experience in deploying and managing cloud services.
• Experience with Azure or Google Cloud preferred.
• Understanding of server planning and maintenance.
• Maintenance of software and license registers.
• Ability to monitor the correct use of licenses and conduct software audits.
• Experience in equipment management and accounting (user computers, servers).
• Ability to audit equipment to optimize resources.
• Competence in working with network equipment Ubiquiti, MikroTik (Cisco is an advantage).
• Knowledge of VPN configuration and support (L2TP, OpenVPN).
• Basic knowledge of Python for automating local processes.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated solutions in Python.
• Ability to analyze data, identify problems and propose solutions.
• Ability to work in a team, communicate with colleagues at different levels.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, implement effective processes.
• Skills of implementing the Incident Management system.
• Interest in continuous improvement of knowledge and learning of new technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase of licenses, control over their use, installation and maintenance of software on servers and users' computers.
• Audit and maintenance of software and license registers.
• Accounting, auditing and optimizing the use of equipment.
• Control and support of user and server equipment.
• Administration of network equipment Ubiquiti, MikroTik, VPN settings.
• Optimizing network solutions to increase efficiency.
• Development of scripts for process automation.
• Support and improvement of existing automated solutions.
• Implementation of standards and solutions to reduce software and hardware costs.
• Suggestions for optimizing processes and resources.
• Technical support for employees, both remotely and in the office.
• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the company's infrastructure.
• Classification of tasks, analysis of incidents, planning of upgrades to prevent recurrence of problems.
• Consolidation of actions with the company's departments to jointly resolve technical issuestaxes and process improvements.
