What You’ll Do

  • - Contribute to preparing project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • - Organize and maintain project boards to keep tasks visible and updated.
  • - Track project progress to ensure all deadlines are met, escalating issues when necessary.
  • - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and project schedules.
  • - Participate in daily stand-up meetings to ensure team alignment and address blockers.
  • - Collaborate with senior team members to balance trade-offs between scope, schedule, and quality.
  • - Test the system or product features before releases to confirm they meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
  • - Serve as a communication link between the development team and the Product Manager or Senior Project Manager.
  • - Ensure stakeholders receive timely updates and clarity on project progress, scope changes, and potential delays.
  • - Work with senior PMs and the development team to estimate effort and resource requirements.
  • - Communicating with and supporting Senior Project Manager

Who We’re LookingFor

  • - At least 1 year of experience managing software development projects.
  • - Basic understanding of web-application development.
  • - Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
  • - Understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban).
  • - Theoretical knowledge of user stories and user flow drawing.
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • - Completed IT PM courses.
  • - Desire to understand how the apps are built in details.
  • - Strong PM theoretical knowledge.

  • - High level of self-organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • - Goal orientation, team player attitude.
  • - Willingness to learn quickly.
