The trading company in connection with the development of regional structures invites a candidate for the vacancy of B2B sales manager.

The main tasks of the position:

• launch of a branch in the region;
• formation of the team, development of work strategy;
• analysis of the existing KB in the region, competitors, market, potential;
• starting work with new clients of the region, constant sales support;
• fulfillment of sales plans for the sales team;
• salary accrual;
• logistics and warehouse management;
• stable sales development.

Our wishes:

• higher education;
• experience as a sales manager, branch director of a trading company or territorial/regional manager;
• own sales experience in the B2B segment;
• understanding the processes of pricing, calculation of bonuses, etc.;
• experience in team formation, work planning, strengthening team relations in order to achieve a common goal;
• knowledge of methods of expanding sales markets;
• ability to assign tasks to subordinates, control the process and obtain results;
• understanding of warehouse transport logistics processes;
• having a license and a car is a must.
