Media buyer, Traffic Manager for Telegram channels in Sprut Syndicate

SPRUT syndicate invites to the media buyer team, a specialist in attracting audiences to Telegram channels for work on innovative mechanics of traffic arbitration.

We are engaged in cross-platform traffic consolidation in our own thematic communities. This is a new level of development of traffic arbitration, which involves a closed cycle: from the creation of content communities on all available media platforms, to the effective involvement of the target audience in them.

What will you do:

• Media planning native posts in Telegram channels to attract the audience to the thematic channels;
• Searching, negotiating and involving partners and webmasters to work on attracting the audience to the thematic Telegram channels through overflows and gulfs of telegram traffic;
• Monitoring the work of partners and external webmasters, evaluating performance and generating hypotheses to improve the effectiveness of audience engagement.

We expect from you:

• Experience of 1 year with various engagement mechanics audiences in Telegram channels (purchase of posts, purchase of overflows and streams);
• Successful cases of attracting audiences to Telegram channels of various topics;
• Knowledge of the peculiarities of the traffic market for Telegram channels, activity in professional groups;
• Deep analytical skills;
• Creativity and proactivity at all stages;
• Willingness to take responsibility for the effective use of the budget.
