CURRENT http://toka.energy/ is the first national network of publicly available charging stations for electric cars in Ukraine.

The company's mission is to build a high-quality, affordable and convenient national network of electric filling stations, which will provide an opportunity to accelerate electrification of road transport of Ukraine.

Today our company:

• Produces electric charging stations;
• Builds a public network electric charging complexes, which anyone can join;
• Performs the function of an electric charging operator.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has successful experience working in a call center, in technical support;
• Knows standards communications with clients;
• A confident PC user (mail, Google documents, messengers, Excel, CRM systems);
• Able to express thoughts clearly and competently in written/oral form.

THE MAIN FUNCTION of first line technical support.

• What will be included in the duties:
• Receiving and processing incoming requests from customers (calls/chats/letters);
• Consulting existing and potential customers regarding the operation of the mobile application, charging stations;
• Interacting with other departments to solve customer issues;
• Informing customers about upcoming promotions, new opportunities and network expansion;
• Conducting surveys of network clients;
• Entering the received information into the database data.
