Job Description: We are DarkLime, and we are looking for a Sales Manager to enhance our client base and increase our profits. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the outsourcing domain.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Find new leads on the Upwork platform.
  • Improve Upwork profiles to enhance visibility and attractiveness.
  • Utilize CRM systems for data management, report creation, and analytics.
  • Leverage tools for active customer prospecting, including calls, emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others.
  • Communicate with leads on related topics to build relationships and drive engagement.
  • Take part in venture events and present the company.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of 2 years of IT sales experience (outsourcing or outstaffing).
  • English proficiency at C1 to C2 level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for writing bids and engaging with leads.
  • Experience with Upwork, including lead generation and profile optimization.
  • Proficiency in utilizing different sales channels and techniques.
  • Ability to represent the company at venture events and effectively present its offerings.
