Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the outsourcing domain.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Find new leads on the Upwork platform.
- Improve Upwork profiles to enhance visibility and attractiveness.
- Utilize CRM systems for data management, report creation, and analytics.
- Leverage tools for active customer prospecting, including calls, emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others.
- Communicate with leads on related topics to build relationships and drive engagement.
- Take part in venture events and present the company.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of IT sales experience (outsourcing or outstaffing).
- English proficiency at C1 to C2 level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for writing bids and engaging with leads.
- Experience with Upwork, including lead generation and profile optimization.
- Proficiency in utilizing different sales channels and techniques.
- Ability to represent the company at venture events and effectively present its offerings.
